Are you really available 24/7?+
Yes. We answer calls day and night, 365 days a year, including weekends and bank holidays.
Which areas do you cover?+
All of County Galway, Roscommon, Offaly and Westmeath, including Galway City, Athlone, Ballinasloe, Tuam, Roscommon Town, Mullingar, Tullamore and Birr, plus the M6, M4, N4, N6, N5, N17, N52 and N61.
What should I tell you when I call?+
Where you are (town, road or Eircode), your vehicle make and model, and what happened. Sending a WhatsApp location pin is the fastest way to show us exactly where you are.
Can you recover my car from the motorway?+
Yes. We recover broken-down and accident-damaged vehicles from motorways and national roads, including the M6, M4 and N4. Put your hazards on and wait safely behind the barrier.
Can you move a car that doesn't run?+
Yes. We move non-runners, accident-damaged cars, new purchases and project cars on a flatbed, to a garage, your home or anywhere you need.
Can you jump start my car instead of towing it?+
Yes. If it's a flat battery we come to you at home, at work or on the roadside and try to get you started first. If it still won't go, we can recover it.
Where will you take my vehicle?+
Wherever you need: your own garage or mechanic, a main dealer, your home or another address. Just tell us when you call.
